Structure Fire Evacuates Campbell Residents On New Year's Day
Santa Clara County Fire responded to a fire at a building under construction on Century Drive Tuesday night and quickly controlled it.
CAMPBELL, CA -- A blaze broke out at a building under construction on the 500 block of Century Drive New Year's night and was quickly put out by Santa Clara County fire crews responding with four engines.
No one was hurt. The six residents had already evacuated the building, which had smoke and fire billowing out of one side of the single-story house.
The call came in at 7:30 p.m.
