2 Found Dead In Home; Homicide Unit Investigating: San Diego Sheriff's Office
Police found the bodies inside the home with no obvious signs of trauma, according to authorities.
SAN DIEGO, CA — Two people were found dead Wednesday afternoon in a San Marcos home, according to authorities, who said the deaths were being investigated by the sheriff’s homicide unit.
Deputies responded around 3 p.m. to a call about two people discovered deceased in a residence in the 1300 block of Miracielo Court, police said, adding they arrived to find the bodies inside with no obvious signs of trauma.
“Due to the suspicious nature of the incident, the Sheriff's Homicide Unit responded to the scene and took over the investigation,” the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

“Based on information gathered so far, this appears to be an isolated incident. There is no apparent danger to the community.”
Anyone with information about the deaths is asked to call police at 858-285-6330 or after hours at 858-868-3200, according to authorities. Anonymous tipsters can call Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477, police said.
