Awful, Cheesy Horror Movies Made in San Diego (VIDEO)
Cheesy but enjoyable horror movies made in San Diego include "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes," "Crater Lake Monster" and "Slaughterhouse."

San Diego Living sat down with Huffington Post Weird News reporter David Moye of La Mesa to hear some of his favorite cheesy horror movies made in San Diego.
Among movies on Moye's list are Crater Lake Monster, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes and Tentacles, a movie filmed in part at SeaWorld that includes a fight between a killer whale and a giant octopus.
"Attack of the Killer Tomatoes and Anchorman are probably the two films most associated with San Diego," Moye said.
