San Diego Business Journal reports, "Cole Real Estate Investments of Los Angeles has purchased a Carlsbad office building for approximately $23.4 million, according to brokerage services provider Cushman & Wakefield Inc., which represented the seller."
The almost 82,000-square-foot property is located at 5770 Armada Drive.
The space is currently fully leased to SkinMedica Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Allergan Inc, reported SDBJ.
