Mas Fuego, Carlsbad's New Latin Restaurant, Celebrates Grand Opening
The restaurant, a blend of Latin Fusion Cuisine and Tequila Bar, has opened in Carlsbad Village.
CARLSBAD, CA — Mas Fuego, a new Carlsbad Latin fusion restaurant and tequila bar, celebrated its grand opening at the Shoppes At Carlsbad over the weekend, according to the local Chamber of Commerce.
Mas Fuego is located inside The Shoppes at Carlsbad at 2525 El Camino Real, Carlsbad.
Crowds gathered Saturday to witness the ribbon cutting and to try the Latin fusion menu. Diners sampled Mas Fuego's Happy Hour and dinner deals during the event.

The restaurant's interior features an outdoor dining space, modern decor, and a varied menu, including Queso Fundido, Tacos Al Pastor, Shrimp, Carnitas, burritos, and more.
"Our story begins with a passionate quest to blend Latin flavors with other cultures to create an experience families, couples, and friends can enjoy," according to the corporate website. "Whether lunch during work or a night out with the family, Mas Fuego strives to serve an ambiance that fulfills one's dining satisfaction with a craving for Latin food."
