TV Show Host of 'Everybody Nose' To Host Skin Workshop in Carlsbad

Bella D’ora Spa, a premier day spa and wellness sanctuary located in Carlsbad, announced that it will hosting a “Make it and Take it” all-natural skin workshop on December 9th, from 6:30-8:00pm, at the spa located at 2386 Faraday Ave., Suite 125, in Carlsbad. Noelle Katai, host of the Veria Living Network television show “Everybody Nose,” will be leading the workshop during which guests will make and take home six body scrubs and polishes that consist of entirely all-natural ingredients. The all -inclusive cost is $45 to attend.

Katai, a certified aroma therapist who has a passion for concocting potions, cooks, blends and mixes as if creating a symphony. She also understands how aromatherapy can be beneficial by working in harmony with the body and mind. “Natural elements such as cinnamon, peppermint, yogurt, olive oil, coffee beans, honey and vanilla are not only great ingredients for a recipe—they're also a perfect treat for your skin, too,” says Katai.

Take coffee beans, which not only naturally invigorates the skin, but refreshes and awakens with its scent. Each of the skin scrubs and polishes to be made at the workshop will not only cleanse and nurture the skin, but the mind as well. Guests can take home their new skin products as well as the knowledge and recipes to repeat it at home and teach their friends. 

"Skin is the largest organ of the human body, what we rub into it is very important," said Christine Alvarado, co-owner of Bella D'ora Spa. “Most over-the-counter lotions consist of chemicals and preservatives people cannot pronounce. The body scrubs and polishes to be made by guests at the skin workshop are so natural they could be eaten as well as applied. Sometimes we neglect our skin, but as the largest organ, it's vital we pay attention to how we treat it, and what products we use on it," Alvarado added.
