3 Teens Injured In Knife Fight At Hayward High School
Two teens were hospitalized following the fight.
HAYWARD, CA — Three students at Hayward High School were injured Monday during a fight and a knife may have been involved, according to police.
Officers responded at about 1:22 p.m. to a report of an assault at the school, located on East Avenue in Hayward. According to witnesses, three students were involved in a physical fight.
A 15-year-old boy was found with injuries that appeared to have been caused by a knife. He was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive. A 14-year-old boy also had minor injuries from the fight.

A third student, a 15-year-old boy, was located a short time later after a family member transported him to a local hospital. The student received treatment for injuries that appeared to have been caused by a knife and he is expected to survive.
So far, no arrests have been made, Hayward Police said, but an investigation is under way.
