Where To Go Horseback Riding In The East Bay

East Bay Regional Parks have hundreds of miles of trails open to riders along with arenas, boarding, lessons and day camps.

CASTRO VALLEY, CA — If you are interested in horseback riding, the East Bay Regional Parks are a great place to indulge your dream.

There are hundreds of miles of trails to explore with your horse, along with equestrian staging areas.

There are horse arenas in two parks — Radke Martinez Arena at Radke Martinez Regional Shoreline in Martinez and Redwood Arena at Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park in Oakland.

There are four horse boarding barns — two at Anthony Chabot Regional Park in Oakland, and one each at Las Trampas Regional Wilderness in San Ramon and Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park in Oakland.
