As Patch has reported, Hans and Herbert Cho are getting the permits to create a multi-purpose food bazaar at what used to be a Raley's store.
The Chos, who grew up in Castro Valley, are second-generation meat sellers. They plan to sublease parts of the roughly 10,000 square foot building to other food sellers, such as produce, grocery or prepared foods vendors.Â
