HAYWARD, CA — The Hayward campus of Cal State East Bay is closed Monday, because of a power outage.
If online classes are available, they will be conducted.
The Oakland and Concord campuses will operate normally.
The university did not indicate whether the Hayward campus will be able to reopen on Tuesday.
