HAYWARD, CA — For a second consecutive day, the Hayward campus of Cal State East Bay is closed Tuesday because of a power outage. Power has been compromised since Sunday's storm.
If online classes are available, they will be conducted.
The Oakland and Concord campuses will continue to operate normally.
