Pair Stole Gold Necklace In Armed Robbery In Alameda County: Police
Both were arrested and taken to jail, police said.

SAN LORENZO, CA — Two people are accused of stealing a gold necklace in an armed robbery in Alameda County, police said.
Aseel Alhaji and Miguel Rivera were arrested around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in connection with the robbery near the 300 block of Paseo Grande in San Lorenzo, according to police.
Emergency personnel received a report from a witness who saw the robbery and described the pair's vehicle, police said.

The victim said two people, one with a gun, forcibly stole the necklace, according to police, who reported that the pair's vehicle was found in Oakland and that deputies apprehended the two. The vehicle was determined to be stolen and Rivera had a loaded firearm with an extended magazine, police said.
Both Alhaji and Rivera were taken to Santa Rita Jail, according to police.
