CASTRO VALLEY, CA —A mud and rock slide is impacting traffic on Crow Canyon Road, which runs between Castro Valley and San Ramon, the California Highway Patrol reports.
The debris was reported in the eastbound lane at 6:40 a.m. on Thursday.
The exact location is just east of Norris Canyon Road.

The route is used as a shortcut by some drivers between I-580 and I-680. Use an alternate route until the roadway is cleared.
