Washouts, mudslides and flooding have taken a toll on local roads.

CASTRO VALLEY, CA — Multiple roads have been closed because of flooding, washouts and mudslides in the Castro Valley area, according to Alameda County.

  • Crow Canyon Road, from E Castro Valley Road to County Line, Castro Valley
  • Eden Canyon Road, from I-580 to end, Castro Valley
  • Lake Chabot Road, from Fairmont Drive to Benedict Drive, Castro Valley
  • Palomares Road, from Palo Verde Road to Niles Canyon Road, Castro Valley
  • Redwood Road, from Camino Alta Mira to Skyline Blvd, Castro Valley
