Pedestrian Hit by Car; Driver Arrested
Person taken to hospital after being hit by vehicle Sunday.
Bay City News—A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Castro Valley Sunday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
 One person was taken to an area hospital following the 1:12 p.m. collision on East Castro Valley Boulevard at Crow Canyon Road, CHP Officer Eric Anderson said.
One person was arrested at the scene and their vehicle was towed, Anderson said.
