Poll: Where Will You Cheer On The Niners?

It's time to break out your red and gold gear.

Saturday's 49ers and Saints game has everyone talking and making bets, even the mayors of San Francisco and New Orleans.

San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee and New Orleans Mayor Mitchell Landrieu have made a friendly wager against one another.

The bet?

Lee will be devouring Louisiana seafood, Abita beer and a Sucre king cake if the 49ers win, but if they lose, he'll be sending Landrieu seafood from San Francisco, Boudin sourdough bread and Anchor Steam beer.

"Our 49ers are a source of pride for San Francisco and the entire Bay Area," Lee said in a statement. "While I'm excited to make this bet with Mayor Landrieu, we have no intention of sending anything to New Orleans. Go Niners!" Landrieu countered, "We don't expect to be sending any (food) to the Bay City anytime soon. We look forward to sampling Dungeness crab and other San Francisco treats next week."

The game begins at 1:35 p.m. at Candlestick Park in San Francisco.
