Silver Alert Issued For Missing At-Risk Man

Hoiman Ng, 74, was last seen Saturday morning around 10:30 a.m. in Hayward.

HAYWARD, CA — Police in Hayward and the California Highway Patrol have issued a Silver Alert for a missing at-risk man Sunday evening.

Hoiman Ng, 74, was last seen Saturday morning around 10:30 a.m. in Hayward.

Ng is 5 feet 3 inches tall, Asian, 150 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, a black baseball cap and wearing an orange and black backpack.

Ng has a mild memory condition and he is believed to be on foot.

Anyone who sees Ng or who may have information helpful to locate him should please call Hayward Police at (510) 293-7000) or call 911.
