Tips Sought In 1990 Alameda County Cold Case
Richard Fosnight was last seen at a cocktail lounge before his body was found inside his Hayward home 34 years ago.
HAYWARD, CA — Cold case investigators at the Alameda County Sheriff's Office marked the 34th anniversary of a 1990 cold case Sunday and are recirculating the details with hopes that someone who knows something will come forward.
According to investigators, Richard Fosnight, 47, was found dead inside his Hayward home on the morning of Sept. 29, 1990. He was last seen at the Turf Club cocktail lounge in Hayward's old downtown.
The sheriff's office is seeking tips that could lead to a break in the case and ask anyone with relevant information to contact the Cold Case Homicide Unit at 510-667-3661. Witnesses can also provide tips anonymously by calling 510-667-3622.
