Expo Line Hasn't Helped Century City Traffic

According to report by Neon Tommy, the opening of the Expo Line hasn't made much of a dent in traffic in Century City, as the neighborhood's 44,000 employees continue to prefer to use vehicles to get to work. 

The reasons are varied, from the abundance of free parking in Century City to the face that Century City workers tend to be higher income and less interested in riding the rail or bus.
