Coroner's officials today identified the 19-year-old man who was killed in a rollover accident on the Artesia (91) Freeway in Cerritos on Thursday afternoon. Javier Rodriguez, Jr. of Bellflower died in the crash, said Lt. Brian Elias of the Los Angeles Department of Coroner.  The solo-vehicle accident took place on the westbound 91 Freeway at Shoemaker Avenue about 3:50 p.m. Jan. 5, according to the California Highway Patrol. When the victim's vehicle overturned, his body was thrown onto the freeway and he was pronounced dead at the scene, said CHP Officer Christian Cracraft. The circumstances leading to the accident were not immediately released.  The No. 4 and 5 westbound lanes were shut down until about 7:30 p.m to accomodate the accident investigation, according to the CHP.
