The Monday night Food Truck Dinner Rally at Whitney High School is taking a break this week to give parents, children and local foodies a chance to spend the evening enjoying Halloween, according to event organizer Danielle Murcia.  The curbside bites will be back in full swing next week on Monday, Nov. 7 in the parking lot of  located at 16800 Shoemaker Ave. in Cerritos from 6pm to 9pm.
