A man was stabbed in nearby Norwalk tonight, leaving him with serious stab wounds as deputies continued to search for his attacker. The violence occurred at Studebaker Road and Excelsior Drive about 8:30 p.m. Monday, said Sgt. Grady Miles of the Norwalk Sheriff's Station. The victim was taken to a hospital with multiple stab wounds, the sergeant said. He was reportedly in serious to critical condition. "A containment has been set up and deputies are actively searching for a suspect," Miles said about 11 p.m., adding that the area is largely residential. At least one unit was sent to the area to assist Norwalk deputies with the containment.
