Updated at 7 p.m.: The San Jose girl, Taylor Vo, is safe after being kidnapped from her home. Her abductor Tri Truong Le, is dead -- he was killed in a shoot-out with police in San Jose. - - -  A statewide Amber Alert has been issued for an 11-year-old girl who was abducted in the San Jose area early this morning. Taylor Vo is Asian, 5 feet 3, 105 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The suspect was identified as 42-year-old Tri Le, who is Asian, 5 feet 6, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black ball cap, black jacket, and blue jeans. Authorities warned that the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. He was last seen driving a dark minivan with an unknown license plate. Anyone seeing either the child or her abductor is urged to call 911 or the San Jose Police Department at (408) 277-8911. - City News Service
