City Of Claremont: Draft Housing Element Comment Period Ends January 31

Remember to review and comment on the draft Housing Element by January 31, 2022!

The Public Review Draft of 2021-2029 Housing Element is currently available for public review. The document is available on the City’s website, and upon request, printed copies can be made available for review. The City will be soliciting comments through Monday, January 31, 2022. 

This will not be the final opportunity to provide comments on this project.

The Community Development Department is tentatively scheduling a review before the Planning Commission in March 2022 and a review before the City Council in April 2022. The City will continue to accept public comments up to and including the dates of the public hearings. Visit the city’s Housing Element Update website at https://www.ci.claremont.ca.us/living/draft-housing-element for latest updates and schedule of meetings where the public can provide additional comments.
