The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) is postponing the 2022 Greater Los Angeles Homeless Count to February. Claremont's Homeless Count will now take place on Tuesday, February 22 at 8pm. The City is currently recruiting volunteers to assist with this important community effort. Volunteers will meet at the Joslyn Center at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 22. The count will require the use of a personal smartphone to collect data via an app. The data gathered during this count will be used to determine how vital resources and services will be provided to the homeless individuals and families that reside in our community and throughout the Los Angeles area. Sign up to volunteer at www.ci.claremont.ca.us/2022-homeless-count
