CLAREMONT, CA — The Claremont City Council will open its chambers to the public once again on Dec. 14 after spending more than a year holding its meetings virtually.

City officials will begin holding their meetings using a hybrid format, according to a statement from Claremont officials. Officials have been holding meetings online for more than a year because of COVID-19.

Meetings will still be streamed online through Zoom. Residents can submit public comments in person, in writing or through Zoom, city officials said. City Council meetings start at 6:30 p.m.
