Local Congressional Representative Judy Chu to Host Community Reception

Congresswoman Judy Chu, D-Pasadena, who won the Congressional seat in the 27th District during last year’s election, will host a meet and greet reception in Claremont to meet residents in the local area.

The reception will be Tuesday, Aug. 6 at 4 p.m. in the Alexander Hughes Community Center, 1700 Danbury Road, Claremont. Light refreshments will be served.

This is an opportunity for local residents to reach out to their local Congressional representative about issues affecting the community, according Bevin Handel, public information officer.
