Man Pleads No Contest in Fatal Stabbing of Pomona Man
Juan L. Lorenzo, 33, of San Gabriel was arrested in the stabbing death of Anthony Berry of Pomona.

A restaurant worker pleaded no contest Tuesday to manslaughter for a Dec. 20 stabbing death at an Arcadia strip mall and was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
Juan L. Lorenzo, 33, of San Gabriel, was charged in the stabbing death of 18-year-old Anthony Berry of Pomona, who after the attack in the 1300 block of South Golden West Avenue.
Lorenzo was arrested at the scene.

Berry got into a fight with two fellow employees of the Money Pot Shabu Shabu and was stabbed.
The knife was recovered in The Money Pot, according to detectives.
