5 Arrested In Retail Theft Blitz Operations: Concord Police

The operations focused on high-traffic stores, including Old Navy, Ulta and REI, police said.

CONCORD, CA — Concord police on Thursday announced five arrests resulting from a series of retail theft blitz operations targeting organized crime in the area over the past month.

The operations focused on high-traffic stores, including Old Navy, Ulta and REI, police said.

According to police, the following people were arrested on suspicion of theft-related offenses:

  • Sarah Jimenez, 56, of Oakland;
  • Cydney Wilson, 26, of Fairfield;
  • Kilani Cubit, 22, of Vallejo;
  • Alayna Foster, 25, of Vallejo;
  • A 17-year-old from Bay Point.

All five were taken to the Concord jail with their cases to be referred to the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office, police said.
