No one was hurt, no shots were fired, and officers say there’s no ongoing threat, though a shaken shopper described a chaotic evacuation.

Series of Earthquakes Strike San Ramon Friday Night (contracosta.news) — A series of small earthquakes near San Ramon, including a magnitude 4.0, were strong enough to be felt in Concord and other parts of Contra Costa County.
