Missing At Risk Juvenile Found Safe in San Francisco

The Concord Police Department said the boy hitched a ride to the city on BART.

CONCORD - A missing Concord boy has been found safe in San Francisco, according to police officials. Police said Zachary Jordan-Smith hitched a ride on BART Friday afternoon.

The Concord Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a missing at risk juvenile.

Police say Zachary Jordan-Smith is a high functioning autistic juvenile who was last seen in the area of Port Chicago Highway walking northbound towards the North Concord BART Station.

Zachary is described by police as 11 years old, 4 foot tall, with a thin build, and was last seen wearing a blue-striped shirt.

Police say Zachary Jordan-Smith may also be wearing a black bicycle helmet.
