Annual Health Expo Coming Up In Concord

Attendees can get free health screenings, advice from health experts, and information on various health-related topics.

CONCORD, CA — The City of Concord's annual Health Expo is a free community event that is coming up Thursday, Oct. 3.

The city will host the event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Concord Senior Center, 2727 Parkside Circle, to provide valuable resources to seniors, families and caregivers.

The Health Expo brings together an array of health and wellness resources, providing attendees with free health screenings, expert advice and information on a variety of topics, including Medicare, transportation and assisted living options.

Patients can also access various health services in one location, from blood pressure checks to flu shots.

The Expo features information booths staffed by local healthcare providers, nonprofits and community organizations. Attendees can learn about services available in the Concord area, explore options for healthy living and receive practical tips for maintaining physical and mental well-being.
