Contra Costa County Fair Opens In Antioch

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA —The 2019 Contra Costa County Fair runs Thursday through Sunday in Antioch with local livestock shows, a midway carnival and remote control car racing. Dollar Days starts at noon on Thursday, with $1 admission and $1 rides until 5 p.m.

Then on Senior Friday, anyone over age 62 gets in for $1 all day. Active duty military, law enforcement personnel and their families get in free on Friday.

Tickets cost $10 for adults, $7 for youth or seniors and can be purchased at the gate or online. There's also a wristband that costs $35 and includes unlimited carnival rides on any one day of the fair. Parking is an additional $7.
