Earthquake Strikes Contra Costa County
The weekend quake was centered not far from Pacheco and Concord, according to the USGS.
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA — A 3.5-magnitude earthquake struck in Contra Costa County early Saturday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The quake hit around 2:30 a.m., around a mile east-northeast of Pacheco and nearly two miles northwest of Concord, the USGS said.
