Lottery To Be Held For New Concord Apartment Homes
The Rick Judd Commons, under construction at 1315 Galindo St., will consist of 62 affordable rental units. Here's what to know.
CONCORD, CA — The City of Concord is excited to announce pre-application and lottery information for Rick Judd Commons — the new construction of 62 affordable rental homes, including 10 units designed for residents with mobility impairments, located at 1315 Galindo St.
Rental pre-applications will be available through the Resources for Community Development website and the Doorway Housing Portal beginning at 9 a.m. Monday, July 15, and remain open through 5 p.m., Monday, July 29.

The maximum income restrictions range based on household size is:
1-bedroom: $32,700 - $84,120

2-bedroom: $62,300 - $100, 920
3-bedroom: $77,850 - $96,550
Forty-eight apartments are available via application and lottery, 13 are set aside for formerly homeless households, and a one-bedroom apartment is available through the HOPWA program.
