On Tap in Town: Limited Edition Schubros Festbier

Don't you just love feeling like a beer VIP?

This week you can be one of the few people to experience the special Oktoberfest brew from Schubros craft brewery in San Ramon. Festbier is "a refreshing classic style German lager that boasts a rocky white head, pronounced malt aroma and subtle sweetness," according to the brewery.

The production run of Festbier has been limited to 120 cases of bottles and 100 kegs. Tower Grille right here in Todos Santos Plaza is one of few select bars in the East Bay to boast Festbier on tap. But the brewers say they expect inventory to disappear very quickly.
