Pair From Concord Arrested For East Bay Home Burglary

Berkeley police have arrested two people from Concord suspected of robbing a home on Thursday night.

EAST BAY, CA -- Berkeley police say they've arrested two Concord residents who are suspected of robbing a home on Thursday night.

At about 8 p.m. on March 30, police received a call about a possible burglary in progress in the 2800 block of Sacramento Street.

Officers say that when they arrived, they found a man and a woman who matched a witness description walking away from the home where a window had been smashed, police said.

They eventually arrested 51-year-old Reginald Patillo and 38-year-old Kizzie Sandling, both of whom are Concord residents.

Patillo was taken into custody on suspicion of burglary, possession of burglary tools and violating his probation. Sandling was arrested on suspicion of burglary and violating her probation.
