• A 23-year-old Clayton female was arrested on suspicion of DUI after being stopped for a vehicle code violation on Diablo Street at about 1:30 a.m.

• A 42-year-old Concord male was arrested on suspicion of DUI after being stopped for a vehicle code violation on Marsh Creek Road and Center Street at about 2:30 a.m

May 24

• An 18-year-old Concord male was arrested with a .01 or more blood alcohol concentration after being stopped for a vehicle code violation on Clayton Road and Washington Boulevard at about 12:45 a.m
• A 21-year-old Clayton male was arrested on suspicion of DUI after being contacted by officers assisting with a road hazard on Clayton Road and Atchinson Stage Drive at about 4:37 a.m.
• Officers responded to a petty theft on Diablo View Lane at about 4:30 a.m.
