Downed Power Line Causes Outage in Concord

Thousands of Concord residents were without electricity Monday night, after a power line went down. 

At about 8 p.m., about 4,410 customers did not have electricity, a PG&E spokesperson said. 

Crews were deployed to investigate. About an hour later, 847 customers remained without power. 

PG&E said the power was restored at about 9:30 p.m.
