Shooter on the Loose: East Bay Teen Dies of Multiple Bullet Wounds
BREAKING: The victim, identified as Taveon Moore, was found murdered in front of his home.

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA -- A shooter is on the loose after an 18-year-old man was shot to death in front of his home on the evening of Feb. 1, according to a police spokesman.
Officers responded to the 2200 block of Leland Court in Pittsburg just after 6 p.m. Wednesday on reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found the victim, identified by the Contra Costa County coroner's office as Taveon Moore, dead in front of his home. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
According to police spokesman Capt. Ron Raman, a suspect or suspects approached Moore on foot, shot him, and then fled, again on foot.

Raman said police have several interviews and statements that are currently being taken in the ongoing investigation.
