The two posted in the original version of this story's comments the correct location, which is a 15-acre property near the corner of Monument Boulevard and Oak Grove Road. 

The property, zoned for retail use and owned by the Bruzzone family, will likely be developed some day when the economy picks back up, according to a city official.
