Culver City Police Arrest Robbery Suspect
Culver City police arrested a robbery suspect this week, officials said.
CULVER CITY, CA — Culver City police arrested a robbery suspect Sunday, officials said.
A vehicle break-in was reported at 3:24 p.m. Sunday in the 3400 block of Cattaragus Avenue, near National Boulevard, Culver City police said.
The vehicle owner confronted the suspect, who physically assaulted him and fled on foot with the victim's property.

Police set a perimeter and found the suspect hiding in a nearby backyard. The suspect, whose name was not immediately released, ultimately surrendered and was arrested on suspicion of robbery.
The victim was treated by the Culver City Fire department for injuries sustained to his face during the attack.
