Since some of the sewer manholes are in an easement located in the backyard along the property line, it will be necessary for the contractor to enter your property to gain access to the sewer manhole (only if it is located on your property) in order to work on it. The contractor is licensed, insured and bonded. Your patience and cooperation in observing all traffic controls and parking restrictions will be sincerely appreciated and will help in expediting construction of this important project.
