Broad-Daylight Gunpoint Robbery Suspects Remain At Large: Culver City Police
A person was robbed of thousands in cash in an armed robbery Saturday afternoon in Culver City, police said.
CULVER CITY, CA — Two men who committed an armed robbery after following a person from an ATM Saturday afternoon remain at large, the Culver City Police Department said Sunday.
The victim at around 1 p.m. visited an ATM on the 5300 block of Sepulveda Boulevard and withdrew cash. Two men followed the victim to the intersection of Culver Park Drive and Slauson Avenue, police said.
When the victim exited their vehicle to retrieve an item from their trunk, the two suspects boxed the victim in with their vehicles. The first suspect exited from the passenger side of their vehicle, pulled out a semi-automatic gun gun, pointed it at the victim and said "run your pockets," police said.

The second suspect approached and stood behind the victim. The suspects reached into the victim's pockets and took out an envelope containing $4,360 in cash, police said.
The suspects returned to their vehicles and drove northbound on Slauson Avenue.

The suspects were described as men wearing black clothing, police said.
