Here's everything you need to know about disposing of your Christmas tree in Culver City.

CULVER CITY, CA — Now that Christmas has passed, don't just toss or burn your Christmas trees. Residents in Culver City have many options to recycle their real trees for free.
Most areas across Los Angeles County, including Culver City, provide curbside recycling services between Dec. 26 and Jan. 31. Christmas trees can be placed at the curbside next to recycling and waste containers on scheduled trash collection days.
Residents are advised to remove ornaments and decorations, plastic containers, tree stands, nails and lights.

Flocked and artificial trees cannot be recycled and should either be reused for next year’s holiday or placed in garbage bins to be disposed of at a landfill.
Residents can also take their real trees to designated drop off areas through Jan. 24:
