Man Falls Off Motorcycle, Transported to Hospital
The intersection at Slauson and Hannum Avenues was blocked off this afternoon due to a motorcycle accident. Details regarding what caused the fall are still murky, according to Culver City police officers.
Culver City police officers are still investigating the details of a motorcycle accident that occurred on the corner of Hannum and Slauson Avenues Thursday afternoon.
According to Sgt. Mike Poulin of the Culver City Police Department, an unidentified man was riding his motorcycle going westbound when an unknown medical condition made him lose control of his motorcycle. No witnesses have been identified, and apparently no other cars were involved, he said. Approximately 10 officers—including a member of forensics—were present, roping off the scene in front of Westfield Culver City mall.
“He may have had a seizure,” Poulin said.
