Shakespeare Center of Los Angeles Presents ‘Cry Havoc’ in Culver City

Performances are May 11, 12 and 13 at the Veterans Memorial Rotunda Room.

Shakespeare with a twist?

Stephan Wolfert wrote and stars in Cry Havoc, a piece of theatre based on a young veteran, who after serving six years in the army and battling Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, hops off an Amtrak train in Montana and meets William Shakespeare.

Twenty years later, using Shakespeare’s timeless words and his own stories, Wolfert leads the audience on an interactive journey to meet Shakespeare’s veterans and consider the needs, hopes and concerns of veterans today.
