Target and Culver City Police Department Donate New Bike to Girl Following Accident
Local police say they were impressed with 10-year-old Serah Israel-Everette's maturity after her bike was destroyed in a recent traffic collision, and partnered with Target to give her a new set of wheels.

On Feb. 13, a vehicle struck 10-year-old Serah Israel-Everette as she walked her bicycle across Jefferson Boulevard at Kinston Avenue.
Luckily, Serah only sustained minor injuries. However her bicycle was damaged beyond repair.
Culver City Police Officer Poulin investigated the collision and was so moved by the 10-year-old’s stoic personality and maturity that he thought it appropriate to look into having her bicycle replaced.
