2 Major Danville Roads To Undergo Improvements
These projects have been in the works for years. Work is expected to begin in the months ahead.
DANVILLE, CA — Camino Ramon and San Ramon Valley Boulevard will undergo significant improvement efforts this summer.
The projects have been planned for years, according to the town newsletter. Crews will complete pavement overlay, slurry seal, stripe replacement and green bike lane markings, among other efforts. Curbs will receive ramp improvements in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Work is slated to occur during non-commute hours to minimize traffic impacts, the town said. Roads will be partially closed at times and drivers will be notified in advance.

The formula of the new pavement should reduce the noise of traffic, the town said.
