SRVUSD Students Test Positive For COVID-19 During First Week
Updated: Learn more about the district's protocol to address COVID-19 in the classroom as students return to schools full-time this year.
SAN RAMON VALLEY, CA — As San Ramon Valley Unified School District students headed back to school, the district reports a total of 33 cases confirmed in the past two weeks among students and staff.
Here's the latest 14-day count by school, according to the district's COVID-19 dashboard.
- San Ramon Valley High: 9 cases
- California High School: 4 cases
- Quail Run Elementary: 4 cases
- Monte Vista High: 3 cases
- Vista Grande Elementary: 3 cases
- Los Cerros Middle: 2 cases
- Montevideo Elementary: 2 cases
- Rancho Romero Elementary: 2 cases
- Bollinger Canyon Elementary: 1 case
- Diablo Vista Middle: 1 case
- Green Valley Elementary: 1 case
- Twin Creeks Elementary: 1 case
District officials do not believe these cases were transmitted at school, SRVUSD spokesperson Denise Jennison said in an email.

The district is following requirements from health agencies and its COVID-19 protocols are available on its website, she said. Plans are being finalized for a COVID-19 testing strategy.
The school district is home to 31,000 students.
